Simple fix from BW; put level restrictions on the planets. My suggestion would be to use the level suggestions already in place on the planets. Allow entry to a planet only when you are no more than 2 levels below the listed range for that planet. Yes, they can still credit farm, but will have to get to higher levels first to actually make any money.

What else would a level 13 be doing on a planet thats 47-50?

am I missing something? This is the problem that BW needs to fix, because right now you are right. There really is no certain way to tell. Common sense dictates that there is a higher probability of said toon being a credit farmer than just a player alt trying to supplement his/her main toon.

I returned to the spot about 20min later--bot gone, yesterday not there, this morning not there

Please upgrade your browser for the best possible experience.

if he got there and survived, good on him.....and if he wants to spend his gameplay clicking on one glowie....thats his perogative.

just how...did you determine it a bot...and not somebody jsut parked there becasue theyre watching the Daily Show on the other monitor ?

I petitioned the name of the person, the level, class, and location and ofc what they were doing

If it was running collecting mats or something I probably wouldve let it passed, but it sat at a chest guarded by an orange star sith and just looted it whenever it came up

How did you recognize the toon to be specifically a bot? What actions or indicators were presented which tipped you off as to the nature of this particular toon as being a bot?

Had a lvl 37 out there doing the same yesterday. All completely broken armor, standing in front of a chest. Apparently the toon ended up being afk, so I ran up a looted the chest and went about my business. I did report the name though.
